If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and will gladly exchange, replace or refund, exclusive of any delivery charges. All returns must be unused and in their original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
Earrings are non refundable, nor eligible for exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Amber Secrets does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Refunds will only be issued for items that have been assessed and deemed faulty. The refund does not extend to normal wear and tear.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 10 business days of receiving the goods. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We do offer exchanges on items that have been assessed and deemed defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to Amber Secrets, 10 Neptune Street, Richmond VIC 3121, Australia.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
It is recommended if you are returning an item, you should consider sending the item with a tracking number, in Australia this is available through Australia Post.
Amber Secrets comes with a 6-month warranty and we take no liability of the condition of your jewellery that arrives back to us, outside of the 6-month warranty. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If we cannot replace your item, we will refund your order in full, including the shipping fee.
